On May 17th 1962 Marilyn Monroe leaves to go to New York to sing for JFK’s birthday. She is accompanied by Pat Newcomb. Due to her absenteeism the lawyers of the Fox drafted a ‘breach of contract’ letter. This was sent to the MCA and Milton Rudin,severly warning her of the following consequences which would occur.
